I turned 41 today. Ying turned 3. I’m waiting for Ying to catch up to me in age.
My day started great! Reading comments on my blog and birthday wishes on Facebook. Dale and I left to pick up Tesla at 11:30 AM. We arrived to get Tesla a little bit after noon. I was disappointed that John hadn’t bothered to dress Tesla up a little bit. When I asked her if she had pajama pants on, Heather yelled up to the car, “They’re pants! Not pajamas!”
Just for the record, I never received a first copy and I know I didn’t LOSS it.
My birthday gift from Tesla was a framed picture. She is growing up sooooo fast!!
Yo Gabba Gabba was awesome! Drew and Tesla loved it. Heck, I loved it. Dale, well he was with us and a bit confused…
I forgot my phone when we left for the show. John called 8 times. I’m glad I forgot my phone.
Nobody was home,

Perhaps Heather shouldn’t be assisting with homework because she’s forgotten how to spell. Looks like pjs to me…and doesn’t really go together either..so heathers fashion sense sucks too.
Forgotten?! Me thinks she never learned.
I get the impression that Tesla has to change out of her school clothes and sneakers everyday before I pick her up. Clearly they are teaching her that she may only wear her “good clothes and shoes” when at Daddy’s.
best interest?? You are the one that admitted in court to smoking bath salts. And tes informs us everyday about how dales lives there and spends every night but mommy will get in trouble if he moves his things in…guess you are gold digging for every penny. I personally don’t value money…gave up my alimony to be with the man that makes me happy…just living in the real world on Newcomer Rd.
Sweet Jesus Heather….you can’t get anything right. I am so LMAO right now. You keep on thinking your world on Newcomer Rd is wonderful. The joke is on you.
I agree with Jodie definitely PJs. Also Heather needs to go back to grammar school; and should not yell at you in front Tesla. However she correct about the front seat not until the age of 12. The picture is cute of Tesla…Well we will work her closet at your house 😉 Love ya, Happy Birthday!
Wow…really? 12?! Tesla is going to have a freaking cow sitting in the back. The seatbelts don’t fit right in the backseats and they are way harder to get clicked in.
Yes..its 12 because of the airbags..however not sure if you turn off the airbags or don’t have them on pgr side.
There’s no airbag on the passenger side. I put the seat back as far as it will go. I haven’t been in an accident since I was 26. She loves sitting in the front and I like her being up there with me. We dance in our seats at stop lights, play I Spy, sing with the crappy radio….
According to this site, http://www.iihs.org/laws/ChildRestraint.aspx, PA does not state an official preferrence as to whether or not a child sits in the front of back seat. However, it is highly recommended that children under the age of 12 sit in the back seat. While you may have not been in an accident, that drunk, or merely distracted driver, will still do much more significant damage to a child in the front seat as compared to the back seat. Tesla may “have a fit” but this may be a good opportunity for her to see that sometimes she have to listen to mommy because mommy knows best. Period. Good luck!
my fashion sense is fine…but I refuse to loss anymore money or clothes to you pattie. You continue to dress her in unmatched. Wrong size clothes on a daily bases. Even allowing here to wear things the wring way ( tags go in the back FYI). We can all check iut what you think is ‘good dressing’ on your york blog from last wk! And really she will throw a fit, like she did in our drive way a few weeks ago…be a mom, put her first and her safety!! And for the record you MADE dale move out of the front seat of HIS car so tes couldn’t throw a fit!!!!! And his car has an air bag. And sorry it’s hard for you to buckle her in the back….grow up you bitch john doesn’t put her first because of ‘other things’ really!!!!!!!! We have been asking since Jan for you to put her in the back. I talked to you once tes was in the car, not even raising my voice because I care about her safety, unlike someone that thinks it’s a hassle to do the right thing. And I gave you her sound pg before. I guess I’m still in grammar school….give me my F cause I don’t care! And you are welcome for ur gifts on the holiday one of us has to be the grown up.
Heather…..Loss anymore money or clothes to me? I have no idea what you are talking about.
Mind your own business. It will make life easier for you. You’re on your way out the door already and you don’t even know it. Don’t be angry. I was the last to know also.
I thanked John for the gift. If it was actually from you, then thank you.
~P.
FYI….Tesla chooses her clothes to wear everyday she is with me. If she is comfortable with what she chooses and they are weather appropriate, I don’t make her change her clothes. If she wants to wear something inside out or backwards because she likes how it looks, that’s fine by me. She can wear anything she wants any day of the week to school and back to visit with her father. I could nit-pick about what you dress your girls in, but it’s NONE OF MY BUSINESS. You go ahead and bash me all you want, trying to make it sound like I don’t have my daughter’s best interest at hand. If you had your children’s best interest at hand, you wouldn’t be living with a married man!
LOL-DO NOT LOSS…….glad Tesla is not at a spelling level and Heather will be long gone by the time she is….HEHE. Too Funny
Dear Anonymous and why even pretend:
Unless someone is trying to make Heather look uneducated, Loss=lose, bases=basis, here=her, iut=out (i might give you that one as a typo) drive way=driveway…….notice all my grammar errors? They were intentional……..HEHE….Divorce Master is going to take your home away. Oh but it isnt your home is it? It is John and Pattie’s home.
Just an FYI, this came from http://www.dmv.state.pa.us/pdotforms/pa_driversmanual/chapter_5.pdf
page 2:
Children ages four (4) and older, but under the age of eight (8) must be buckled into a federally-approved child
booster seat, which must be secured to the vehicle by the seat belt system, no matter where they ride in a
vehicle (front or back seat). Booster seats must be used in conjunction with lap and shoulder belts.
Doesn’t matter where she sits according to this official document from PenDot — provided that she is in the appropriate booster seat. You’re not breaking any laws Pattie!
Well that is good to know Krispin. Thank you!!!
http://www.drivesafepa.org/Traffic-Safety-Information-Center/Child-Passenger-Safety/
Keep your child in the back seat at least through age 12.
http://www.nhtsa.gov/Safety/CPS
All children under 13 should ride in the back seat.
http://www.healthychildren.org/English/news/pages/AAP-Updates-Recommendations-on-Car-Seats.aspx
Children should ride in the rear of a vehicle until they are 13 years old.
http://www.pasafekids.org/motorVehicleSafety.php
The back seat is the safest place for children to ride. It is estimated that children ages 12 and under are 36% less likely to die in a crash if seated in the rear set of a passenger vehicle.
http://www.research.chop.edu/programs/carseat/4to8.php
The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) recommend that all children under age 13 ride in the back seat of a vehicle.
Here are the FACTS…the reason PA does not have an official law is because some people own trucks, have multiply kids and do not have enough seats for all to sit n the back. Not sure why anyone would debate the concern that John has been bring up with Pattie since before I entered the picture. ITS THE SAFEST place in her or dale car and “the fit tes MIGHT throw’ should not be a reason to put her in the front EVER!!!!!!
I have seen child hurt because parent choice to NOT do what is right and I would never wish that pain on any child or parent. BUT I AM NOT CONCERNED BECAUSE Pattie is now educated about car seat placement and we all KNOW she will ALWAYS put Tesla in the back seat because its in Tesla’s best interest and she also understand that John has a concern about his daughter being in the front seat. So no reason for us to debate where the safest place is….that has been established.
Ironically Heather, John never once said a word to me about where Tesla sat in my car. I, on the other hand, told him she should NOT ride on his motorcycle or the four wheelers with him. Prior to you entering the picture, he has done both numerous times and it wouldn’t surprise me if he has continued doing so. He has taken her to the neighbors on the harley and the four-wheelers. Infact, Tesla destroyed the garage door by running the four-wheeler into it and he tried to keep it a secret from me! Of course, word ALWAYS gets back to me. NOW who do you think is really looking out for Tesla?! JUST BUTT OUT!!! I don’t want to hear what you think because you are just another woman on his long list of trying to replace me. He will spend the REST of his life trying.
Though your comments amuse me, I wish you would spend more time trying to educate yourself on basic English and less time telling me what I should do in my life and with my child.
Also, Tesla’s nicknames are Tess, Tessie and TT, not Tes. She also recognizes Doodle as a nickname her father and I have used ever since she started scribbling on any piece of paper she could get her hands on.
I am impressed you get the spelling of my name correct. The IE can be tricky for some people.
