Here is a healthy, pretty, take-along side for any cookout you are invited to attend and bring a dish.
One coconut
Bag of baby carrots
Green Pepper
Red Pepper
Kiwi
Tools to make your tray pretty:
Knife, veggie peeler, crinkle cutter, disposable tray

- hammer a nail into each end of the coconut, drain the juice, crack the shell into smaller pieces
- carefully use a butter knife to pop the meat out of the cocnut
- remove the thick skin with a peeler
- cut into long strips with a crinkle cutter
- coconut should be looking like this
- wash the peppers, remove stickers
- cut peppers with crinkle cutter if desired
- arrange on tray and top with kiwi
